We always have a red wine at home. We love to a little amount of it regularly just to keep the feeling warm especially during cold weather. I used to be a heavy alcoholic drinker, but that was not helpful for either sexually or with my daily activities. All I got was headache…hangovers :)

I’m happy with my lifestyle today when it comes to alcohol consumption. The good news, me and my wife drink it together…just a small amount of it. I didn’t know it has some effect on sexual performance. I haven’t tried it consciously, but let me see how it goes… Happy holidays! :)
